Our Services

Effective treatment, compassionate care, an individualized approach
Our goal as cognitive-behavioral therapists is to see each of our clients lead happy and healthy lives. We are firmly committed to working closely with all clients to help them achieve long-lasting change by using efficient, effective, and empirically-supported psychological treatments.
We believe strongly in a person’s capacity for change, and we use a collaborative approach with clients to help them reach their short- and long-term goals. We practice cognitive-behavioral therapy, which is a short-term, present-oriented treatment focused on developing new, healthier coping skills. Within each therapy session, we target the problematic thoughts, behavioral patterns, and emotions that are keeping you stuck and unhappy.

When working with clients who want a healthier relationship with food, Dr. Zweig and her team incorporate a non-diet, body-accepting approach. We teach clients cognitive, behavioral, acceptance, and emotion regulation techniques for long-lasting health improvements. Clients learn the necessary skills to stop emotional eating, prevent binges, learn intuitive eating, increase physical activity, sustain motivation, challenge self-sabotaging thoughts, and cope better with cravings. Like all cognitive-behavioral therapy, this program will be tailored to meet your individual needs.
