Lena Yarbrough, L.C.S.W.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Lena Yarbrough earned her master’s degree in clinical social work from The Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College (2020), where she also received specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) from the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). She has worked with adolescents, adults, and couples in a wide array of settings, including private practice, high schools, and community mental health clinics.

Prior to attending graduate school, Lena earned an undergraduate degree in English from Sewanee: The University of the South (2011), and worked as a literary agent in the New York City publishing industry. She is particularly passionate about working with adults, young professionals, creatives, and students experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship difficulties, and body image issues. She also has experience working with survivors of sexual assault, and brings a trauma-informed lens to her clinical work. 

Lena is licensed to practice in New York and is a licensed telehealth provider in Florida.
