Rebecca Zeitlin, L.C.S.W.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

(formerly Rodriguez)

Rebecca Zeitlin earned her master’s degree in clinical social work from The University of Maryland School of Social Work (2017), where she specialized in children and families. Rebecca completed her training at Sheppard Pratt Health System in Baltimore. She has experience treating clients across the lifespan— children, adolescents, adults, and families. She specializes in anxiety disorders including panic and OCD, autism spectrum disorder, ARFID, ADHD, body image disturbances, depression, and life transitions. Rebecca has previously worked in school, hospital, and private practice settings. Her time in school-based settings provided experience in developing IEPs for children with specific learning needs and behavioral intervention plans that help students thrive. Rebecca believes that collaborating with parents, as well as other professionals who work closely with her clients, allows for best outcomes.

Rebecca has extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, positive parenting program (Triple P), exposure and response prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR). When treating anxiety in adults and children, Rebecca helps her clients understand the mind-body connection in order to reduce physical symptoms associated with anxiety. She also helps people struggling with anxiety to change negative thinking patterns. Rebecca tailors her interventions to each client by using a person-centered and collaborative approach. Her clinical style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental.

Rebecca is licensed to practice in New York and is a licensed telehealth provider in Florida.
